Al gestionar proyectos de software, las empresas mediante las metodologías ágiles tienen el reto de lograr que se adapten a los requerimientos dinámicos, alcanzar las expectativas del cliente, entregar a tiempo el producto final y mantener la calidad. Entre las metodologías agiles con mayor demanda encontramos a Scrum, Kanban y la Programación Extrema (XP), que al momento de integrarlas se obtendría mejores resultados. Por tal motivo, esta investigación plantea una metodología híbrida de Scrumban, que junta lo mejor del marco de trabajo Scrum y el método Kanban, y posteriormente se incluye la metodología de Programación Extrema (XP) para la mejor gestión. Cuando Scrumban actúa sobre XP, se adopta lo mejor de estos marcos de trabajo, por un lado, la agilidad o empirismo, como también el sistema de gestión de flujo de trabajo transparente de Scrumban; por el otro lado, la colección de prácticas de ingeniería de software de XP. Para aprovechar estas ventajas, se planteó en un modelo. El modelo propuesto, alcanza los objetivos de la investigación, de adoptar una estrategia de desarrollo incremental, generar calidad en el resultado y generar conocimiento en equipos auto organizados a través de las iteraciones, planificación bajo demanda y la priorización de las tareas.
When managing software projects, companies through agile methodologies have the challenge of adapting to dynamic requirements, meeting customer expectations, delivering the final product on time and maintaining quality.
Among the agile methodologies with the greatest demand we find Scrum, Kanban and Extreme Programming (XP), which at the time of integrating them would obtain better results. For this reason, this research proposes a hybrid Scrumban methodology, which combines the best of the Scrum framework and the Kanban method, and later the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology is included for better management. When Scrumban acts on XP, the best of these frameworks is adopted, on the one hand, agility or empiricism, as well as Scrumban’s transparent workflow management system; on the other hand, the XP Software Engineering Practice Collection. To take advantage of these advantages, a model was raised.
The proposed model achieves the research objectives of adopting an incremental development strategy, generating quality in the result, and generating knowledge in self-organized teams through iterations, on-demand planning, and task prioritization.of tasks.
