Application of Virtual Reality Technology in environmental art space design

  • Under the background of the current rapid development of computer software and hardware, environmental art design also begins to use the virtual reality technology to display design ideas and optimize design schemes. Therefore, in this paper, the application of virtual reality technology in environmental art design was studied. The theory of virtual reality technology and its technical advantages in environmental art design were described firstly; and then based on the analysis of the environment design requirements, a set of environment design system of urban pedestrian streets was designed. Through the use of virtual reality technology in the design of the pedestrian street environment, it is proved that the design and application of the environment art design system based on virtual reality technology is successful.
