Traditional opera is the treasure of Chinese culture and art. Introducing opera elements into environmental art design allows people to understand opera and the art of opera, and then understand the breadth and depth of Chinese excellent traditional culture. For more than ten years, the study of national culture has roughly gone through three stages: from the founding of the People’s Republic of China to 1979, which was the initial stage of national culture research; 1980 to 2000, the development stage of national culture research; 2001 to present, is the prosperous stage of national culture research. At present, the academic circle has studied the concept, type, characteristics, status, inheritance, innovation of national culture, as well as harmonious culture, clothing culture, food culture, architectural culture, military culture, etiquette culture, funeral culture., festival culture, religious belief, marriage and family, literature and art, music and dance, drama, art, crafts, Hu and Sinicization and many other research fields, and achieved relatively fruitful results. Environmental art design is also known as environmental art design, which is an organic combination of art and technology. This paper proposes an innovative design model of environmental art based on a pattern learning cultural algorithm. First, the genetic algorithm is used to provide populations for the population space of the cultural algorithm, and then the pattern extraction is used to obtain the characteristic information carried by the outstanding individuals, and the individuals in the population are regularly organized to learn patterns from these characteristic information, so as to make full use of the guiding role of the outstanding patterns.
