With the continuous development of internet technology, new retail e-commerce systems are receiving increasing attention. This business system is based on a cloud service platform, providing enterprises with a more efficient and convenient business operation environment. Further elaboration was focused on the collaborative filtering algorithm. Then, based on the requirements of the agricultural product e-commerce platform, a customer recommendation system was constructed to achieve recommendation.
The system focuses on improving the collaborative filtering algorithm to an e-commerce platform based on accumulated user behavior data. By mining users’ implicit evaluations of products, the sparsity of the rating matrix is reduced, and the recommendation performance of the algorithm is improved. Experimental comparison shows that the improved algorithm can better meet the needs of e-commerce platforms.
