La arquitectura empresarial (AE) ha tomado importancia a partir de la transformación digital, obligando a las empresas a integrar las tecnologías de la información (TI) con los procesos, sistemas, personas y estructura como un todo en la administración del negocio. A partir de su origen en 1987, se han generado gran cantidad de investigaciones que incorporan metodologías para la implementación de AE, lo que limita al investigador en la selección del contenido más relevante acorde a su enfoque. Por lo anterior, el objetivo de este estudio es presentar una revisión sistemática de literatura a partir de la Teoría del Enfoque Meta-analítico Consolidado TEMAC, basado en relaciones de datos, citas conjuntas y acoplamiento.
Para lograr este alcance se consideraron las bases de datos de Scopus y Web of Science (WOS), delimitadas a las investigaciones referentes a AE; con el soporte de los softwares Bibliometrix y VosViewer.
The Enterprise architecture (EA) concept has grown with the appearance of digital transformation, that forces companies to integrate information technology (IT) with their processes, systems, people and structure as a whole in business administration. Since its origin in 1987, a large amount of research has been generated, incorporating methodologies for the implementation of AE, which limits the researcher in the selection of the most relevant content according to their approach. Therefore, the objective of this study is to present a systematic literature review based on the Consolidated Meta-analytical Approach Theory TEMAC, based on data relationships, joint citations and coupling. To achieve this scope, the Scopus and Web of Science (WOS) databases were considered, delimited to the investigations related to EA; supported by Bibliometrix and VosViewer softwares.
