El presente artículo tiene dos objetivos principales. El primero es demostrar que la estructura formal de nuestras sociedades, tal como se las concibe hoy, no puede producir respuestas eficaces a los fenómenos provocados, en particular, por el acelerado proceso de desarrollo científico y tecnológico que caracteriza nuestra historia reciente. El segundo es presentar la posibilidad de crear organizaciones transnacionales como una alternativa a este problema, enfatizando, sin embargo, en la necesidad de rescatar supuestos metafísicos y ontológicos sobre la naturaleza humana para dirigir la construcción de este nuevo modelo de institucionalidad. Para lograr estos objetivos, en primer lugar, repasaremos brevemente las dos grandes corrientes de pensamiento que se ocupan del origen de la sociedad, es decir; el naturalismo y el contractualismo. Tras explicar algunas de sus importantes implicaciones, se procederá a un análisis de la estructura y los problemas que están provocando la crisis de los Estados modernos. Finalmente, abordaremos el tema de la transaccionalidad, enfatizando en que la creación de instituciones de esta naturaleza puede representar una gran oportunidad para redefinir nuestros valores y nuestras relaciones sociales. Para llevar a cabo este trabajo, utilizaremos el método deductivo con un examen bibliográfico, con el fin de establecer correlaciones entre hechos y conceptos relevantes del tema, buscando hacer explícitas las implicaciones lógicas y empíricas que surgen de estas correlaciones.
The article has two main objectives. The first is to demonstrate that the formal structure of our societies, as they are conceived today, cannot produce effective responses to the phenomena caused, in particular, by the accelerated process of scientific and technological development that characterizes our recent history. The second is to present the possibility of creating transnational organizations as an alternative to this problem, emphasizing, however, the need to rescue metaphysical and ontological assumptions about human nature to guide the construction of this new model of institutionality. To achieve these objectives, first, a brief review of the two major currents of thought that deal with the origin of society, naturalism and contractualism, was carried out. After explaining some of their important implications, an analysis of the structure and problems that are causing the crisis of Modern States was performed. Finally, the issue of transnationality was addressed, emphasizing that the creation of institutions of this nature can represent a great opportunity to redefine the values of society and social relationships. To carry out this work, the deductive method was used with a bibliographic review in order to establish correlations between facts and concepts relevant to the topic addressed and seeking to make explicit the logical and empirical implications arising from these correlations.
