El estudio de la Historia de la Administración, en este caso provincial de los siglos XIX y XX, estará repleto de personajes masculinos, que en mayor o menor medida, serán los encargados de marcar el rumbo de la Administración territorial. Ahora bien, ¿qué papel ocupaban las mujeres en todo este entramado? Esta será la pregunta a la que trataremos de dar respuesta. En este caso, contextualizaremos nuestro estudio en la Diputación Provincial asturiana y analizaremos, en la medida de lo posible, cuál era el lugar de las mujeres en dicho ordenamiento, que casi siempre estaría circunscrito y limitado a los mismos campos.
The study of the History of Administration, in this case, the provincial administration of the 19th and 20th centuries, will be full of male characters, who, to a greater or lesser extent, will be in charge of setting the course of the territorial administration. Now, what role did women play in this whole framework? This will be the question we will try to answer. In this case, we will contextualize our study in the Asturian Provincial Council and analyze, to the extent possible, what the place of women was in said system, which would almost always be circumscribed and limited to the same fields.
