    Estudio sobre el delito de corrupción en el ámbito deportivo tras la reforma operada por la LO 1/15, de 30 de marzo, de reforma y modificación del Código Penal, que supuso la modificación del tipo penal atribuible a directivos y demás personal al servicio de entidades deportivas, sobre la base del tipo básico de corrupción en los negocios y teniendo en cuenta las modificaciones introducidas por la vigente Ley del Deporte 39/22, de 30 de diciembre. Se analizará este tipo penal y las sentencias más relevantes que han supuesto su aplicación jurídico penal. De la misma forma se realizará un estudio comparativo en el ámbito del derecho penal europeo.

    Study on the crime of corruption in the sports field reformed by LO 1/15, of March 30, reforming and modifying the Penal Code, which entailed the modification of a penal type attributable to managers and other personnel serving sports entities., based on the basic type of corruption in business and taking into account the modifications introduced by the current Sports Law 39/22, of December 30. This type of crime and the most relevant sentences that have led to its criminal legal application will be analyzed. In the same way, a comparative study will be carried out in the field of European criminal law.
