Este artículo es producto de una investigación realizada en espacios de enseñanza de modalidad virtual, cuyas asignaturas pertenecen a un programa de posgrado de maestría, donde el objetivo principal es saber la percepción que tienen los maestrandos respecto a la estructura, contenidos, herramientas, enseñanza, conocimiento y uso de herramientas tecnológicas utilizadas por los docentes. Para lograr obtener información se aplicó una encuesta a una muestra de 21 maestrandos. La investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo-correlacional. Entre los principales hallazgos tenemos que un 57,1% percibe como buena el modelo de educación virtual, también se puede resaltar que existe un 52,4% que muestra un alto nivel de satisfacción por parte de los maestrandos. Estos resultados son muy favorables para la educación virtual impartida por la escuela de posgrado. Se concluye que la percepción de la educación virtual tiene un alto nivel de satisfacción en el programa de maestría en educación.
This article is the product of an investigation carried out in virtual teaching spaces, whose subjects belong to a postgraduate master’s program, where the main objective is to know the perception that the master students have regarding the structure, contents, tools, teaching, knowledge and use of technological tools used by teachers. In order to obtain information, a survey was applied to a sample of 21 master students. The research is of a quantitative approach of a descriptive- correlational type. Among the main findings we have that 57.1% perceive the virtual education model as good, it can also be highlighted that there is 52.4% that shows a high level of satisfaction on the part of the master students. These results are very favorable for the virtual education provided by the graduate school. It is concluded that the perception of virtual education has a high level of satisfaction in the master’s program in education.
