Este estudio aborda la integración de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en sistemas de apoyo a decisiones empresariales, enfocado en enriquecer la toma de decisiones organizativas mediante el análisis de datos y patrones. El objetivo es examinar tendencias investigativas en este ámbito. Aplicando la metodología PRISMA 2020, se realiza un análisis bibliométrico para evaluar la evolución y el impacto del campo. Los resultados resaltan el constante interés científico, con autores como Khan MA y Antoniadi AM influyendo significativamente. La evolución temática refleja un cambio de “Model Management” a “Machine Learning” y “Artificial Intelligence”, adaptándose a tendencias emergentes. Las palabras clave emergentes incluyen “Feature Extraction”, “Random Forest” y “Critical Decision Support System”, reflejando la dirección actual de la investigación. Este estudio contribuye a comprender la aplicación de la IA en sistemas de apoyo a decisiones empresariales en evolución.
This study examines research trends in the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in business decision support systems, with a focus on enhancing organizational decision making through data and pattern analysis. To assess the evolution and impact of the field, a bibliometric analysis is carried out using the PRISMA 2020 methodology. The study findings emphasize the ongoing scientific significance, where influential authors such as Khan MA and Antoniadi AM have been notable. There has been a thematic shift from “Model Management” towards “Machine Learning” and “Artificial Intelligence”, corresponding to emerging trends. Emerging terminologies encompass “Feature Extraction”, “Random Forest”, and “Critical Decision Support System”, indicating the current research direction. This study contributes to understanding the use of AI in developing business decision support systems.
