    En la convergencia de la inteligencia artificial (IA) y la gestión del conocimiento, este estudio bibliométrico, basado en PRISMA-2020, busca examinar tendencias investigativas en la gestión del conocimiento en la era de la IA. Destacando la importancia de esta sinergia en la optimización de procesos, identifica años clave como 2018, 2020 y 2022, señalando creciente atención. Investigadores como Holzinger y Jurisica emergen como referentes. La evolución temática, desde filosofía de tecnología hacia aprendizaje automático, refleja adaptación a tendencias emergentes. Palabras clave como “Descubrimiento del conocimiento”, “Aprendizaje profundo” e “Inteligencia artificial” resaltan áreas dinámicas de interés. Concluye que este análisis informará futuras investigaciones y decisiones estratégicas en la gestión del conocimiento en la era de la inteligencia artificial.

    At the convergence of artificial intelligence (AI) and knowledge management, this bibliometric study, based on PRISMA-2020, seeks to examine research trends in knowledge management in the AI era. It highlights the importance of this synergy in process optimization and identifies key years such as 2018, 2020 and 2022, signaling growing attention. Researchers such as Holzinger and Jurisica emerge as referents. The thematic evolution, from philosophy of technology to machine learning, reflects the adaptation to emerging trends. Keywords such as “knowledge discovery,” “deep learning,” and “artificial intelligence” highlight dynamic areas of interest. It concludes that this analysis will inform future research and strategic decisions in knowledge management in the age of artificial intelligence.
