responsables en este ámbito del ejercicio de la medicina conjuntamente o en grupo Joint practice of medicine is currently the most common form of treatment for patients.
This practice, however, raises important issues concerning the liability of the various
professionals involved in the treatment. Specifi cally, in addition to the individual responsibility
of the tortfeasor, is necessary to determine when and under what conditions do a doctor respond for damages committed by some other doctors or medical professionals involved
in the patient´s treatment. At the same time, and in connection with the above mentioned, in all such cases must be determined how this vicarious liability is coordinated with the liability of the tortfeasor or, in general, how to coordinate the existence of a plurality of responsible subjects in this area of joint practice of medicine
