The article focuses on the implications of multiple institutional logics on organizations and institutional fields and examines the relationship between institutional fields, organizations, and individual members that impact logics compatibility and centrality. It mentions the contribution of an integrative framework towards management of institutional theory which involves the creation of a concept which describes different ways to manage multiple logics within organizations, and institutional complexity. It also discusses various dimensions of multiple logics such as compatibility and organizational functioning.
