A revision of the postcard in its dimensions of industrial culture, mediated communication, and memory by looking at its way of being, its forms and uses during its Golden Age at the beginning of the 20th Century brings out many of its values, senses, and characteristics, allowing us to recognize it as a pioneer of communication forms that today may seem innovative.
